ECU 8U Academy Program

Eau Claire United is offering a new program for 2016 and 2017 birth year players (8U) designed to provide technical training and playing opportunities in a safe and engaging atmosphere. The skills gained through this full-year program can be used within inter- and intraclub games as well as in the AYSO environment.

Season Plan

Players will train at the Soccer Park on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:45 pm for the Fall and Spring/Summer seasons, as well as Wednesday evenings indoors (location tbd) from December-March.  All trainings will be co-ed.

2022/23 Academy

Weekly Fall training 9/4/23 - 10/25/23
  • 8 sessions + 2 Intra-Club Scrimmages
Weekly Winter training 11/27/23 - 3/20/24 (off holidays)
  • 14 sessions + 2 Intra-Club Scrimmages
Weekly Spring training 04/27/24 - 06/09/24
  • 6 sessions + 3 Intra-Club Scrimmages/events

Registration Fees

The registration costs ($165) cover player registration with the state soccer organization, coach pay, field/indoor space rental and a jersey.
