The Eau Claire United Soccer Club (ECU) is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment for players, coaches, and families. Our bylaws and policies are designed to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and fair play. These guidelines govern all activities related to the club, including but not limited to, practices, matches, fundraising events, and social gatherings. Non-compliance with the bylaws and policies may result in disciplinary action, ranging from verbal warnings to expulsion from the club. We strongly encourage all members to read these documents carefully and to uphold the standards set forth to ensure a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all involved.
